IGN's latest video review mentioned dropping frames. Frame rate and screen tearing was bad on the demo... so that made my decision to hold off on getting it. I've read that it was because the demo was an old build, but it was still discouraging. If I do get it, it will be when ME3 comes out, so hopefully there will be a price drop.
