B2k 2004 leaking and ram is sticking

I have a 2004 B2K that I've been trying to rehab. It is, basically leaking near the middle of the marker. Took out the lpr to lube, and the bolt, and ram assembly. Bolt was sticking so I sanded it to ensure smooth operation. But the ram is not fully smooth, kinda slows and jerky before reaching the end.
How do I get to the 011 piston o,ring inside the ram to inspect and lube?
Could that be causing the leak or should I take the cup seal out to inspect and lube as well?

Thanks

I have two B2k4's with the same issue, I think it's the cup seal on both....what do I do? Anyone?

Check the solenoid seals and see if it's tight
