Did studs on a buddies 07 DMax, finally got fed up with fighting the V8 configuration and pulled the motor. Once the motor was pulled he got a fire under his *** and decided to beef up the internals a bit. Which in the long run was a smart move, he's creeping up on the 700hp mark.
Who is OH?

I don't have the mans dyno sheet laying next to me to post up. But rest assured i'm not here to bull**** anybody. What i've said is no joke. And it's not like you have to second guess me, 700hp in today's light duty diesel segment is hardly unusual. Yea it's impressive, no doubt. But it's so cheap/easy to obtain, it just seems like 1000hp on fuel is the new Black.
Yes to answer your question, he has a fully built Allison. Billet TC, billet shafts, clutches, steels, VB, the whole nine yards. He's running a modified CP3, 100hp injectors, EFI live. And the list goes on.

Can't necessarily agree, as every kid with a $2500 24v claims he is pushing 500 to the wheels.
Im interested in seeing the truck if/when you get a chance

Show me a $2500 24v and the last thing i'd focus on is pushing 500 horse, that thing is going to be a broke down pile of ****.
What can't you necessarily agree with? The 600-700hp challenge, is... Well quite frankly, it isn't a challenge anymore. I'm not quite sure what you're getting at here bud.
When I head back to ND for work next week. I'll be sure to get a picture or something for ya, I don't want you doubting the validity of my post or anything.

Yes they are piles of ****, but kids jump on them like a fat girl on a cupcake.
They are all over, 2500-3500, there was a dually for $2500, kid claimed 500hp to the wheels, he was lucky if it made 200. All it needed was new tires, diesels are more common than hondas around here. All are spray painted, run like ***, and have rot everywhere.
Ask Lucidus, he lives about 20 min from me
