I don't know if this is a stupid question or not, is the black on the IM9's just dye's normal black anno? Would a normal black dust ultralite tip match the same black? It seems the black on these guns is more deep/rich but maybe it's just me

It'll be the same. It's probably just the pictures. Photos can look totally different by adding/reducing light, changing white balance, exposures and other various settings on cameras.
