Rebuild your bolt and check the small air way passage screw (middle screw under your LPR.)

You want me to check if it's leaking from
That screw or if the screw looks bad?

none of this is working. i also looked at the solinoid gasket it seems fine no nicks or anything. i also cleaned it and applied some sleek to the gasket. i know the lpr isnt leaking because its not coming from that screw. ive changed those orings on the bolt. what else could i do?

if it;s leaking from the frame, I assume you would have tried to locate where the leak is coming from with the frame off?
Have you checked the front on/off? if the oring is yellowed and harden, it will leak...

Yea I have. The leak is coming from a space infront of the noid where the eye wires go through.

Just lightly wet your finger and try to feel where the air is coming from.
If leaking from that area, I would still bet on the front on/off; also check on your front can oring.

The front on/off on the DM6-DM8 is for purging the marker when you have degassed it. If your On/Off doesn't turn, it means that one of the set screw holding it has been screwed in tighter to stop it from turning. (Some people do that instead of getting the CP flow plug)
If you look at your DM7's manual (or download it), page 11 has the picture of the on/off valve, and instructions how to service that part.
Common issue is the inner clear oring yellowed and harden up... it will cause leak blowing out from the back of the on/off towards the noid... also a common problem making people think their noid is leaking.
