Sometimes I get into lobbies where everyone is talking on mics, but I can't see anyone's little mic emblem by there name. So I have to just mute people until it stops.
My connection is fine. When I play MW2 I'm 4 bars and the host most of the times.
One of the reasons I enjoyed WaW more than MW was because Treyarch took care of what needed to be fixed. Sadly through it appears now they might be fumbling the ball, hopefully they won't drop it.
I haven't had most of those issues you described except for the connection strength. I may have the occasionally hiccup with connecting or the lobby starting but it's not a reoccurring issue. The signal strength through mostly stays around 3 bars, while it should be at 4. The mic icon issue & the extra step of going to the player card to mute a player is pretty annoying.

I see the need to kick teamkillers, but <del>****</del> dude, it's <del>****</del>ing unavoidable sometimes, especially with the amount of <del>****</del> that's often going on, and the ridiculously retarded people you get in a random lobby.
I haven't played HC yet, how does the auto kick feature work?
Does a KS(Naplam/mortat/etc..) count towards the number you need to get kicked?
