If I wanted this on my sl74, could I use my blue swivel collar with it? I really want one of these regs, but color is important too 
Also, are white and black the only 2 color options, or can we expect any other combos in the future? |

IIRC, DMs and PMs have to use different regs. Could be wrong.

The SL3 IS the Ego11 reg. You just dont get the new angled collar.
If you need it simplified further. The reg is the shaft with the spring and piston inside. Thats the SL3. Thats whats being sold.

The pops is on the ego11 so is the angled collar, that's what people want and that's what I am referring to. The exact reg from the ego11 is not being sold seperately.

Thats what people want or is that what YOU want? I think, and I'm sure most would agree, that its the latter. You are less concerned with the components that are actually important to the markers performance and more concerned with aesthetics; the angled collar; which offer no real benefit.
So what you don't get the angled collar. Big deal. You want performance or looks? If you own an ego, or one of many other markers, you didn't have an angled collar before so why so hung up on it now?

I really didnt think people could be this stupid about something so simple.
What is so confusing about this thread? PE released a reg that can be used on any gun (w/standard ASA treads)and they offer it with 2 pressure outputs.
Seriously guys its not that hard to understand....
PS- Who cares about the angled swivel? Its not even anything special that you havent lived without on every other Ego released.

Yeah but some people want the new improved performance of the reg as well as the new aesthetics. Is that hard to comprehend?
Otherwise we'd all be running around with vanilla guns with no ccu kits, no PL editions etc. Why bother? Because people like the aesthetics.
I'd want the pops system sold seperately also, for yes, the Aesthetics though it does also provide a better ergonomic solution. |

the only thing harder than trying to decide between buying one of these or keeping my Macdev Gladiator RX reg for my Shocker, is not doing this  to my laptop after reading so many post about a stupid angled swivel and a POPS that has nothing to do with this reg release
