If you took the noid apart you might have put one side of it on upside down. its real easy to do. That will cause the bolt to go forward and not back when aired up. Its the small end cap that has the two screws on it.

That wouldn't necessarily mean that air stops going through the noid, because when the bolt is in the forward position it only releases the air stored in the firing can. Your noid plunger seems to be stuck in the forward position.
