Wtf?

Alright so I am having some problems with my luxe. It is making the puffing noise and not cycling at all. So I decided I would get polished and sprung parts from pooty because i couldnt fix this problem for the life of me. I just got the parts in today, new designs polished can, polished dlx bolt, pooty sprung ndz bolt guide, and it still doesn't shoot.

I have tried multiple settings but as of right now it is set at:

Dwell: 14
FSDO: 11
FT screw: removed
Manifold: flush

please help!

replace bolt sail o-rings to start/ all orings, that should get you going. Also set your fsdo to 0.

Make sure you have black orings in the can. Make sure your bolts larger oring contacts the inside of the can. Also make sure you put in a new black oring in your back cap area. That should have you set. Should be fixed. But who knows if you have another issue non power core related. I also cant hurt to clean your reg also.

cleaned the reg i just got the parts in from you today so it is the same orings on it that you sent on the parts. Also changed the back cap oring, don't think it is a power core issue.

I also tried the stock can... didn't work.

Cleaning the noid isn't difficult. Making sure you don't lose anything is the toughest part.

Possibly. If you have followed my video and still no go then it might be. Also seeing that you had the issue before might point at the noid. Rarely it is a board issue. But the board does control the power of the noid. Darryl at dlx should know more if it's a noid or board issue.

I had the same problem. Nothing would fix the puff at startup. Used a friends noid and no puff.

Just double check your orings are not loose. Yes loose....Then call dlx

Weird thing happened today. I aired it up again today and when it aired up the bolt shot forward and stayed in that position yet, air wasn't leaking out of the bolt while it was forward. someone help me please. Does this mean air is initially passing through the solenoid when it pushes the bolt forward , then it stops passing through the solenoid?
