I've figured out that I have the inoviq board and when I turn it on it flashes once blue and eight times purple indicating 1.8. What do I need to do to get my board ready for psp? Thanks!

Should be pretty self explanatory if you follow the manual - you just need to set it to PSP mode and adjust the rate of fire.

If you have any problems, just ask.

You might want to consider getting the firmware on the chip updated.

Thanks, I read the manuel and im pretty sure the lowest rof it can go to is 14. I was wondering if I needed a new board/chip or if I had to reflash my board to get my rof down to 10.5

The manual I linked you to, which says that it covers both v1.8 and v2.4 chips, says that it can adjust down to 10bps.
