Trying to come up with stimated costs for HB. HELPPP!

Came up with this. Note that Entry fee is just an estimate.

How many cases of paint would a team need for d3 7 man?
Thanks guys, this would be my first nppl event and im not sure about costs.
any further help would be appreciated.

Entry Fee (Estimated)

$1600 for D3 7man

$230 Per player.

NPPL ID

$40 (Estimated)

Hotel-

2 Queen Beds, No Smoking, High Speed Internet Access, Refrigerator,

Iron And Ironing Board, Continental Breakfast

$365 For Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

$55 Per Player

Paint

Ultra Evil (20 Cases at $35 per case)

$700 for 20 cases

$100 per player

Car Rental-

Doge Minivan Picking it up at John Wayne Airport (Thursday night through Sunday night.)

$370.08

$52 per player

Team Total (7 Players) $3035

Total Cost Per Player is $477 (Flight, Food, Gas not included)

You have some decent numbers there. I will say you need to make sure your paint costs have been verified from KEE if you are planing on Evil.

Entry will be more than that. Get exact numbers from KEE. They'll try to make you wear Empire gear if you want any discount at all.

depends on the playing style of you players and how far you make it. 20-30 cases is probably a good range

Early entry was 1850 last year. I really doubt it's going to be cheaper this year.

And I'd plan on more than 20 cases if you plan on making it out of prelims.

down at vegas this past year we played d3 7 man, the first day we shot 5 cases, the next day 4, than on sunday we shot about 22 cases. depends on how your team plays and remember the further you go the more paint you'll shoot

Id say your numbers are pretty solid, I was last at HB a year or so ago and it was close to that. Dont underestimate hotel costs, any hotel close to the event will be pricey and if its farther away you'll mostlikely need to rent a car.

Looks about right, for me though i always estimate the paint costs being very high. We played every single event last year(d4 5 man) and the average was about 15 cases. Dc was the worst for paint, we shot 27 cases. Typically if you have a home field or someone that knows people at kee or evil, you can get a deal on paint. We got Ultra for 35$ a case all year and most of us wore eclipse gear and were rockin rotors.

and also, if you dont mind staying like 15-20min away from the event, u can get hotels for cheap as hell. We payed 45$ a night for a room with 2 queen beds.

events you can drive to cost 500 and fly out ones are 800 to a grand depending on location (vegas you dont need to rent car but an event like chicago there is no close hotel)

30 cases for d3 7 man? if your shooting that and paying out of pocket, get some faster players that get up the feild and shot guys once in the side of the head, they save you 100s on paint,,lil fast people are the key
