Reballs are much smaller so they would probably chrono slower if you are using the stock barrel.

X rings should only be used on stationary parts such as the inner ring on the can and similarly on a matrix's top hat. they should NOT be used on any moving parts for example the bolt sail or bolt tip of bolts.

i didnt use them for the bolt sail or the bolt tip, just the inner can ring and the 2 orings on the plunger, the green 012 and the blue 014.
and really when you think about it they all touch a moving part anyways, it doesnt matter if it is moving or the other sealing surface is moving its all the same forces anyway. plus one of the advantages about them is the resist twisting and blow outs better than a standard oring.... i have looked well into this.

Here is the number for where I got mine at. (859) 885-4155 This out of KY, but if you can't find them close to you, it is an option.
Don't quote me, but I think it cost me about $9 for 10 of each quad ring, shipped.

Well, I put air on my NT yesterday and had a leak! I immediately took the quad rings off and everything was fine.
Anyone else had this problem? Any solutions for me?

one of your rings is twisted and not seated correctly. try them again, run your nail down the center to make sure the groove is uniform all around and in the middle of the ring.

Also was it the 17, 12 and 14?
wondering if the spool 10's would be worth trying?
Thanks
