really depends. everyone has their own specific lube they swear by. i have heard great things about monkey poo, lurker lube violent pb jelly (my personal favorite). as for oil...its usually only between Violent oil (my choice) or PE oil

I would not recommend using just oil. As a matter of fact, I am pretty sure the DP manual calls for grease. I personally use Dow 55 on both the ram and the regulator. Everything else can get Dow 33.

I don't use ANY oil. Grease only, pretty much any paintball grease works.

Gold Cup final solution grease is what I use.
