Overall i believe that Kingston will be taking the rings this year, may come as a surprise to many but not to me.

There are lots of hope to bring a Title in Central for the coming season ,many teams reloaded in the off season to put a end on the West domination of the last 3 years .

Sorry I hada serious typo there!! Rampage is gonna take the West this year! You heard it here first! There is some real good stuff happening for that team this year!

Being from Central ,i am kind of bias to my Div but Each years I feel this div is well balanced with great talent from top to bottom.This div is craving for a title .I hope this season could be it for Central to be stamped on the cup for the first time

what are the plans to work around the NPPL conflicting event?
This will be a huge factor in West where many teams building there roster for playoff could be with out there top killer for 50% of there regular season match

Why quoting my question
central roster has nothing to do with the conflicting event of NPPL and and E1 West
Central has only conflict with Millennium,on E3 and Richmond cup
This sucks for the final run ,but it is not has bad as missing a full line for 3 match like West is facing

most teams are better then last year
I doubt you assemble the best roster in Ontario ,I think you mean the best roster with Ontario players only .
If this would be restricted to local players only ,Toronto would be dominating.But opponents knows there roster and what need to be done to compete with them .
This is shaping to be a amazing season for Central

We actually totally dropped out because of the cxbl/nppl conflict.
Hard to field a team when your ENTIRE roster plays nppl...

There is no way shields are top 2.
They always finished in the bottom two for the last 3-4 years, and never changed their rooster.
