lube or oil on hpr piston

title says it all. Most guns you put lube i know but i have been reading a lot about people advising against lube in the creed and i'm wondering if you use oil on the piston. Thanks in advance.

I don't think people advise against lube. Without lubricant, no gun will work. It's just a matter of which type.

Go with what poo says. Vasoline in the regs(it will last longer) and oil on the rammer as needed.

sorry, i refer to "lube" as substances like dow 33, hater sauce, militia lube etc.
and i refer to oil as well....oil. Obviously it is unwise to run hpr pistons dry

O_o
Stay away from Hater . Sleek Lube (Dow 33) or Vaseline you "almost" can't go wrong with. Minimal amounts!

I've never used the white!!!
Just clear vasoline. Dint know if the white has something in it that could damage internals.

Vasoline works better than all of the other paintball lubricants? I typically will mix a little dow 33 with the gun oil supplied for most of my internals but straight dow 33 on my hpr. I was just looking at some marmalade or gun sav or something to replace the dow 33 I've been using but vasoline tops all?

After spending $15 for tubes of lube for so long, finding out that a $3 giant tub of vaseline will work just the same was great news!
