Charging problem
Hey, I've been having troubles charging my Luxe ever since I've gotten it. I have gone through 4 chargers, 2 of those 4 I got at World Cup from DLX, and while I was at Cup DLX charged it for me. I don't know what's wrong if its the charges, the outlets I'm using, the gun, or something I'm not doing right. I appreciate any help I can get.

When you plug the charger in (not connected to board) does the light start out red or green?

When I pug it in the outlet it flashes red, then as I put the charger in all the way in the outlet it goes solid green.

Sounds like you may have a bad board.

please correct me if I'm wrong....
but don't you plug the charger into the gun first (gun off of'course) then plug the charger into the outlet.
Then when the charging is complete - Unplug from the wall, then unplug from the gun.
I'd never plug the charger into the wall first then onto the board, in fear of creating a arc or something similar to the board while sliding the connector on.....

That's how it's supposed to be done. We are talking a very small amount of DC voltage at very low amps. It really won't matter.

Might be the battery? When I had a bad battery it would stay red for a brief second then go to solid green.

But DLX was able to charge it at Cup, and I'm still not able to.
