Ok so i toredown the whole regulator, down to the steel ball and pressure seal. Lubed everything all up put everything back in order. tried firing the gun today and it will max out at 238fps. I did not get to shoot the gun prior to this, so i don't know if there was a problem before tearing it down. did i put the pressure seal (sled) the wrong way? i put the bigger opening of the pressure seal facing towards the velocity adjustment screw. plus i have found that dp over tightened the velocity adjustment screw to put niks on the steel ball.

anyone have a fix for this or a picture to show how the pressure seal is suppose to be facing?

the only thing i can think of is you're missing a shim or put in the shims in the wrong order

there are no shims. this is the new regulator from dp. spring regulator. anyone have any other suggestions?
