1.If it doesn't not match the paint color of the protected color - it's most likely safe, but it will be on case by case basis at the decision of the head referee on the field.

2. Your best option will be to contact PSP if you have any questions or concerns about your equipment. Don't forget to attach a picture of the equipment in question.
