Well....Where should I start.....ME and 2 other guys sent our guns to imperial paintball over 2 months ago for anodizing (pewter to black fade) The eta was 2 weeks...We still do not have our markers.
We e-mail and call but most of the time never get an answer...I myself have only gotten 1 phone call back from him and no replys to any of my e-mails within the 2 month period.
We have heard many things have gone wrong for Bill at Imperial over the 2 months our guns have been gone which is understandable...(LIFE SUX!) But not to sound selfish that isnt our problem as paying customers.
The latest on the race to get our guns back:
Supposedly Bill has not been in the store/office so his nephew annodized our markers and sent them out. 2 of us never got our guns after they were supposedly sent....One did! Here is the pic!
Here are the problems with that anno:
2.Wrong colors (supposed to be pewter/gray fade to black)
3.has a dust finish for some reason (supposed to be polished)
4.straight up looks like ***!
So Bill replyed saying his nephew sent them out without him seeing....So bill said now hes going to re-do the anno...
I have contacted a lawyer I know and has researched the situation...That has been put on hold until we see what the guns turn out like when Bill anodizes the guns himself...I already offered him the option f just sending my gun back to me un-anodized with my money back but it seems he wants to finish the job. So we will keep e-mailing and calling him and hopefully he will give us answers....If not Ill have to talk with my lawyer more which I really dont want to do. It will save all of us time and money without lawyers involved.
