Trouble contacting Cyndi about ID Cards?

I have been trying hopelessly for days now to get a hold of her but to no avail. I uploaded a picture for my id card, but it it still needs to get approved. I have left several messages for her but no calls back. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry you are having trouble with your ID badge. You can contact me directly by email or call the office and I will be happy to look it up for you. If you are having trouble getting the APPA to approve your picture we might just have to wait until you show up this weekend and take a new one. We will be able to upload it to the APPA website and print one for you. If you want me to look it up and see what the problem is I will need your name as it appears on the ID and your birthdate. Thanks

I wonder if I'm having a similar experience. I uploaded a picture (a nice clean head shot) and paid for my GPL id somewhere around last Thursday and as of a day or so ago the picture still hadn't been approved. Although I can't check at this minute if it's still not approved as the appa site is flagged by the firewall here at work.
