I gotta get it moving first. So far I figure I need to reroute the muffler, move the tank back some, get a new bolt for the pulley, file out the one mount hole, finish the electronics, mount the throttle/ choke, reroute the gas line, and redo the steering shaft.
Not to mention I want to redo the tension pedal so that it works the opposite way, more like a gas pedal.
Im also thinking of removing the running boards. My left foot is always on the tension pedal, so i was thinking of making something similar for the other side, like a motorcycle kinda. But thats later on.
I kinda want to try and convert this M98 I have into a pump. Winter project. I kinda already know how I wanna do it, but I cant wrap my head around the pump arm.

Thats close enough to the face I made when I was using that specific bit to bore out a hole I drilled. I dont think sometimes, I assumed it was stainless and would wear out but there I was grinding away at 1/8" thick steel with it.
I got the Kohler to run today. She purrs just as good as ever. Its quiter and runs a hell of a lot smoother than the old Tecumseh. I found me a wiring diagram so I can hook the wiring up correctly finally and maybe I can have an actual working key here soon. If I can get it to key start and run then I can finsih up the steering and add my sidepipe back on on Friday. I already cut the pipe off the old muffler, its just a matter of chopping it up and attaching it to the Kohlers muffler.
My friends Ego 9 had a stripped eye screw. I volunteered to try and get it out for him (mainly because I wanted to get my hands on a new gun without buying one). I'd never gotten a stripped screw out before.
Tried multiple methods.
All failed.
Got on the almighty YouTube. Got educated.
Drilled out screw. Jammed a square-head screwdriver tip in the hole. Twisted the screw out with brute force.
Stupid **** put loctite on eye scew.
Replaced eye screw with a grip screw. Everything went perfect. Didn't scratch the gun up.
Gave it back to him today. I hate Ego's.

I mostly finished the Agway today. Redid my steering and got everything mounted, but apparently my throttle cable got messed up somewhere and now its stuck mid-throttle. It runs with it there, but its annoying since I couldnt quiet the thing down at 8:45 at night as im riding it through town to park it back at CHCC (I had no lights).
I tried to play paintball yesterday. No one showed up.
I did get to see how fast the X-Mag shot. I'm impressed. I still don't like the trigger. It's a harder pull than a 98 Custom. It sucks being outgunned by rentals when shooting straight semi. lol
Mechanical RT and Hybrid RT are basically a RT'ed Tippmann and a Super RT'ed Tippmann. Electronic mode is essentially useless to me considering it's only semi. X Mod software would be nice.
