Check USER CP at the top of the page. It has all subscribed threads listed.

I usually use the "Find more posts by" option when you drop down the menu from the user name on any given post.

You can set your options to subscribe to every thread you post in and then later look them up in your user cp.

You can just go to your profile and click the view posts by button.

Yeah but you can't do it sometimes unless you have asm, cause it searches and what-not

Go to user cp, and set your options up so you automatically subscribe to any thread you post in.

You can, however some people post in many different threads; it would take a long time to manually add every thread into a list. Also, when you do it that way, you do not get the notification that someone has posted in the thread; you do however get that notification if you are subscribed right here on the site.
