Ok, welll I need to start putting myself back on my work out program and keeping everything in a log book.

A lot of meat heads don't realize that a pen and paper is one of the best tools you can use to work out.

You keep a log of your weight and progress and your body fat percentage if you have the ability to do so.

Say you write down your stats every 4 days and you keep track of your meals and your progress with the workouts that your doing and you study it , it allows you to make the necessary changes needed to maximize your performance and work outs to benefit you as best as possible.

It seems like a lot but its not that bad just takes a few extra minutes per day.
