There is nothing different. The Philly guys just tested them for me. So basically first generation.

I guess the Philly Luxe manifold is just hype from people trying to sell their Philly Luxes.

i wonder if you have a low serial number, maybe you dont have one. Mine is 109 (same luxe used in ydna's breakdown) so Im thinking no it doesnt.
