Let's have some fun!
|
Please Explain...
Could someone please explain to me why this gun is so popular?
It just seems for the price and what comes with it, it just doesn't seem worth it.
I mean it seems even tech pb doesn't hold this gun in high reguards either, but i could be wrong on that.
Not trying to bash this gun at all, in fact i'm looking to buy a new gun right now,i just wanna know why people call this gun perfect.
thanks.

Theyre going for about 900 on B/S/T and are well worth that. I have had mine for about 4 months and it has given me many problems. Had to do many repairs and what not but the way it shoots is just amazing. Im not saying all luxes have problems, just sayin despite the problems I have had, I stuck with it. The feel of the gun is great, its quiet, its super smooth and efficiency is good enough, not amazing but you shouldn't run out of air mid game.

Lol exactly. I know people who purchased the geo 2 when it came out, tried out my luxe, sold their geo 2 just to buy a luxe. Yes, there's a huge difference on how a luxe shoots and sounds compared to other markers.

My advice would be, don't worry about why people think a gun is "cool" and find what works for you. The Luxe comes with just as much "extras" in the case as any other company and is backed by great customer service.
That being said if your looking for a gun you can throw in your gear bag week to week then a Luxe may not be just right for you. Go look in the PE range.

Luxe is the smoothest gun you will ever shoot. It doesnt even feel like paintballs are flying out of the barrel.

I don't know how you came to the conclusion that "it is not worth it." It comes with a rechargeable battery, there's only one other marker I know that has that feature. No more 9V to buy. It comes with a barrel that you can use inserts on, so no need for a kit, just buy a more affordable barrel insert kit (not to mention less metals to carry around). And, it shoots super smooth. If I didn't need to switch to another marker, I would keep my Luxe for sure.
No marker is perfect, and the Luxe is most certainly not, but it's as close to a 10 as you can get. It is the Jessica Alba of markers.

because this gun was designed for comfort and pracicality.
it feels amazing to hold, the trigger has an extremely smooth pull, the shot itself has little recoil, and the gun has an amazing balance to it.
with that said, it is also efficient, easy to program, and is accompanied by great customer service.

as per above this covers it all.
if you got the cash then you want this gat, you can actually only appreciate it once you have actually used it, half of the flamers on here have never used the gat.
its like the pamela anderson of gats, smooth, sexy, flirt-atious and will always make you smile.

You can see I have a couple of top end markers in my sig. I shot a Luxe a couple of weeks ago and can say that I see why they're held in such high regards. They're bad mother f'ers!

luxe opinion
The luxe is an awesome marker. It still sells for 800-900 and they were released in 08. That figure speaks for itself. The gun has a great feel to it and the gun is super smooth. Almost all the problems are user error. I had two luxes and they are very reliable if u don't mess with setting if u dunno what ur doing. I went from luxe to Nt to geo2. Luxe is the BEST shooting gun ever made imo. You won't regret it if ur a spool guy.
