Dye Customer Support - Outstanding

I've been a Dye customer for years and currently shoot an NT. It's by far the most consistent, smoothest marker I've ever had.

I also want to say a BIG thank you to all the Dye Customer Support staff as they have always been outstanding any time I've ever needed them, often going beyond what would be considered "normal" support. These folks are great and I and my team would like to express our gratitude publicly for all the great service we've received through the years.

All the best to a great group of folks!

Recentyl i had to send back my NT due to the noid developing a leak got ahold of dye cause it was still under warranty, and a week later i had it back prob the best Customer Support i ever encountered for one item

I'd just like to say thanks to Devon (Asia). I enail him questions get perfect respones to help me, also he has sent me replacement parts under warranty straight away. Best customer service by far. Keep it up good work

I have wrote to Dye Costumer support a couple of days ago and got no reply jet. Maybe thats because I am frome germany, I dont know....

@ MisterL,
I also ordered some spare parts from Dye Europe. I recieved one delivery after 4 buisness day. Another on I sent them - hmm...still waiting for delivery but at the begining of this week ( tuesday maybe ) I called them - they were in the USA in the Championship so be onest - they have got a lot of e-mail to read

Well, thanks for that information. It was not that important anyway. My NT is missing the Logos on the side and I would like to have new ones. So its not that mutch of a big deal

I second that, DYE customer service is top notch. I had problems with my NT that i could not figure out, so i called dye & they said send it in. The cool part is they fixed it for free & im a second owner with no warranty.
And just the other day i had a question about putting a nt11 solenoid on a nt10 and the service lady went and got the tech from break!
that is above and beyond.
