Alright so I got a used male stabilizer in like new condition off the BST here.
I screwed out the adjustment screw til it was flush with the edge of the body, then I proceded to gas it up. As soon as I did the stab started BLOWING AIR OUT what I believe to be the pressure relief hole, I tried screwing in the adjustment screw but I believe the damage had already been done. I then proceded to dismantle the hellish device. What I found shocked me! The oring on the plunger(aluminum) was not just broken, it was in A BLACK GOOEY MELTED MESS ALL OVER THE STAB's INSIDE! the spring the washer the plunger , they were all coated in this melted rubber mess. HELP please, how do I clean this, what happened, what did I do wrong other than buy an item used

, how do I fix this PLEASE AND THANK YOU SO MUCH!
