Ive literally done everything but put this thing in a vice and I cant get this thing off. I'm not a weakling either. Before I move to drastic measures I just would like someone to clarify that this thing does twist off counter-clockwise.

Yeah it twists off counter-clockwise. Unfortunately Invert uses an excessive amount of locktite on their feednecks. My feedneck has dried locktite all around the outside where it meets the body so I knew mine would be hard to get off. It's funny you talk about resorting to using a vice since some people oh here had to use one, lol. I had to use a strap wrench, and I ended up ripping it as well as bending the feedneck itself. You could use a strap wrench on it, make sure you have a hopper on to prevent warping the feedneck.

I'm afraid ill crack the feeder part of my halo if I leave the hopper on because its thin plastic. Ill take my chances with the feedneck because its a cheaper part. Thanks for the quick reply

That's strange, my problem is the feed neck is loose so sometime when i am putting the hopper on it turns.

mines the same way, it blows. ive but off buying a new feedneck just so i dont have to take it off lol

Try using a hairdryer to warm up the base of the feedneck, then use a strapwrench with the marker locked down in a bench. If you have trouble getting the strapwrench to hold on the smooth feedneck, try taping the feedneck with hockey tape first, it sticks really well and provides a rougher external surface to grip to.

feedneck + rotor + counterclockwise turn = win lol. but yes they did use a ton of licktite on the feedneck. like an insane amount. but oh well

You can pull out the clamp and use a long screw or metal par for leverage in the hole as well. I took one off that way - held the gun between my knees and tuned like a tire Iron on a car. The second Mini neck I removed I just used one of those Billy Mays rubber strap Grip wrenches and it popped it right off.

Yeah mine had a ton of loctite on the feed neck, but it twisted right off the other day when I was putting a loader on.. go figure.
