hey guys. There's a quest at a local shop around here that has literally nothing in the top tube... He's selling it as is for 100 bucks. I really wanna jump on this offer, but I'm not 100% sure what I'll need and how much it's gonna cost or even where to find it! Any help would be appreciated. I'm assuming I'd need a bolt and bolt pin. If someone knows where I can find either of those parts stock or upgrades that are cheap please help me out!

I saw that, but I'm not looking to dumb another 100 into just the bolt and bolt pin... idk... I still have mutliple projects going on currently so maybe I'll hold off on the quest.

it's a bronze one and the shop owner says it works fine. IDK if I'm gonna go for it or not.
