back in the sport with a AKA soon
Thats rights, after trying some other sports out (pre-runner racing) for the pass year and half im finding myself wanting to play paintball again. thats what happens when u have played since the mid 90's. Im hoping to have my immortal with 2-3 weeks. My buddy has a Viking and i love them a lot. Owned all the markers types you can own and the AKA marker is the best .

If I may, please consider a Ninja tank. Best tank I've ever used! Ninja FTW

Deadlywind is a nice barrel as well and the small inserts that you can buy from a user on mcarterbrown.

FSP X infinity.
Just to clarify AKA will be selling parts; not assembled markers. Rounded body Merlins, full lower tube, bolts, feednecks, frames, etc.
Also Bottlenecks--barrel sizers. They may do a run of Javalins, too.

Hulk- When can we expect these new aka products? Will the bottle necks work as well as a traditional barrel kit with longer inserts?

Around Thanksgiving is what Larry told me.
I have used the Bottlenecks. They screw right into a cocker threaded barrel. Works uber amazing. 688 686 684 are available now; Larry mentioned going smaller either 682 or 680 I can't remember for sure.

Yeah I saw the pics and they looked decent. I just wasnt sure how they stacked up against longer bores. I was under the impression that shorter bores didnt do much other than prevent roll out on closed bolt guns. If this isnt the case I may pick some up.
Any idea if you can buy them separately or do you have to buy a kit? I would really only need like 686 684 682 680

I have a Hammerhead kit. It has shorter backs. TechT iFits are also shorter. I don't have a study, video, etc but I believe they do more than just prevent roll out. I know WGP's Kaner kit has longer backs (and is easy to unscrew off cockers).
I believe they sell the sizes seperately or together. 682 and 680 aren't available yet though.
My feelings won't be hurt if you call Larry.
Thanks,
Jim
