I am getting ripped.
I ****ing love it, i honestly feel like i am gifted/my body is gifted.
I use to barely work out but was not fat by any means, i ate unhealthy (fast food once or twice a week like mcdonalds or taco bell, just didnt really watched what i ate) but now i eat semi-healthy, no fast food what so ever (not even in n out wooo), occasional pizza thats about it, and im working out now every day (throughout the day, not just like one session really...i've got free weights at my house, i run, and do crunches/pushups/etc.
The results are already crazy, i love it. I feel like i am naturally ripped/it shouldnt be this easy.
It's weird and i hope im not the only one, but for example after paintballing today, working out a lot, tonight i was just hyper and didn't think twice just booked it out my back door and hopped my wall, ran down the alley and around the block just to get some more excercise.
It's like working out is fun as **** now, and i dont try hard to eat healthy but i have learned to like all of these non-unhealthy foods, not like vegetables but you know like turkey sandwiches, GRILLED CHICKEN, steak, rice, LOTS of fruits, cheerios, GRANOLA + milk is dank (cereal), with cut up banans, all that ****.
Wall of text blah blah just let me have my time to be proud of myself. I really hope other people find this **** as easy as i do, and every day my confidence is doubling i swear i love life right now.
