Lol. I love BBing. I was supposed to attend Olympia in Vegas but I have classes :-( I'm probably going to the Arnold Classics in Ohio this year in March.
I want to compete in Natural BB in the future so I'm trying to get big enough for it.
I posted my pics on the pic thread like 2-3 weeks ago. |

Man I'm all about bb'ing, but everyone else on here seems to be all about power lifting so our methods of training will contradict each other. So I don't even bother posting my opinions, lol. (Not that big though, but getting there slowly and surely)

Yea. Heath and Jay have huge backs, but it's apples to oranges. Jay has a wider look. Probably one of the widest looking backs. Heath's back has more depth. His back has more mounds.

You can use methods of both. Most of the people here are not on the level where "power lifting" and "bodybuilding" methods will make a significant difference anyway.
I personally like to mix it up every month.
