Make sure the board plugs in correctly and the prongs dont spread when plugging the grip frame in.

I dont think I damaged them..one was bent all the way in when I opened the package, but I mean those can bend a bit, nothing was broke just bent, I put the stock board back in with the new trigger and everything worked fine so the problem lies within the virtue eyes...hmmmmmmm

Battery is new, and as far as damage I see now physical damage to the board at all..nothing seems odd or missing or out of place...

Alright well the eyes work, I took the fore grip off and just plugged the eyes straight into the board and got me a light, only supposed to be one correct? As the opposite side is the sensor?

Yea only one led lights up. Like I said the prongs on the board can spread and not actually plug in. What happens is 4 plug go in the right holes and 4 end up on the outside of the plug. You might have to tweak them a bit so they line up when putting the grip frame on. Of course I am not 100% sure on this because I am not looking at your marker but I have had a similar issue.

Here is what is happening now ok..board is in, snugly and then without screwing the plate back over it I just try plugging the fore grip into the board while it is in its seating and I turn it on and the eyes blink red once then go out...

Take it back anyway say it didn't fit right and never worked properly (which is the truth). Taking it in an out to figure out the problem damaged it bacause it doesn't fit or line up properly. The only issue I have found with the stock eyes is it has trouble seeing formula 13 paint for some reason. They see right though it and it causes the marker not to fire ocasionally.

I thought Virtue boards came with a lifetime warranty, no questions asked. Try that.

I had the exact same issue .. tried the eye board in another mini and it worked fine. I ended up putting it down to being a v1 frame, something just didn't sit right in the eye holes and they would never activate. Went back to stock and it was perfect so I sold the Virtue board.
