Good Solenoids to Drive Sear?

Does anyone know what type of Solenoids are used in popular electronic grips such as the ELCD and Hyperframe? I have been trying to build a custom electronic gun but I'm not sure what type of solenoid can provide enough force to the sear to trip it while still keep within the reasonable current limits of a 9 V battery. I imagine a good 5 or 6 pounds are needed since a good trigger on a spyder type is ~2 and that is with the moment arm provided by the trigger. If anyone has any type of specs on these solenoids help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
