Here is what happened, battery life was about 50% so I went to charger her up, just as i was plugging the charger plug into the port on the grip the light on the charger changed from red to green and back and fourth a few times. i looked at the connection on the wire that goes into the little plug on the charger and one of the wires was off. I pulled the charger plug out of the gun and when i went to power on the gun nothing, won't power up at all. I changed batteries and everything.. Did I short the board out some how????

Could have. If you have a local kind of electronics guy I would ask him about. If you have another luxe you could try your batteries in I would. Its risky though. Your charger or batteries could have done this.

well I bought a new charger so I'll start there and work up to a new board if i have to, but since the thing wont even power on im guessing the boad shorted out

this happen to me...i unplugged the battery..waited awhile...plugged back in...and it worked...i cant explain it

ya i thought that might be the cause to so i unplugged it and even tried my spare battery, then back to the original but still nothing
