Any ideas?
I have a one of a kind Fatty ST NXT Shocker that used to belong to Craig Daughtry, and I am hoping you guys can help me with something. I have had the gun for about three years now, and for the first year it was absolutely stunning. I have always maintained it well, and replaced the bolt orings after about 2 years. I don't know what it is, but the gun doesn't shoot with my normal settings at 12 or 13 dwell anymore. I am using an rl board, and I have already cleaned the solenoid. I have to run the dwell up to about 15-16 now, and the gun isn't nearly as smooth and fast as it used to be. I have a feeling that the solenoid is at the end of its life, but i'm not really sure what to do next. Any help would be appreciated.
thanks,
Tristyn

Yes the bolt inserts. The 2 "screws" in the body under the bolt. They are the inserts I am talking about. Replace the orings on them. Also one has a screen on it that could get clogged over time. Not bad but over the years it can slow air flow.
Sorry I said bolt inserts. I ment solenoid inserts

haha you could have just said IPR's haha. I checked and cleaned them, but never changed the orings. I'll give that a shot.

Might be worth changing out the o-rings again - some of the o-rings you used may have been slightly out of spec. Try a few o-rings until you find the o-rings that give you the smoothest action without any leaks.

Gotta get CORRECT fitting o-rings on that bolt.
Makes a HUGE difference!
