New program ideas
I find myself on a plateau and haven't seen improvements in a while. I am looking for some new workout ideas. Right now I am doing a 5 day split, Chest, Back, Shoulders, Arms, Legs. Each day I start out with 5x5, 3x3, and 1x1 on the big four lifts (Press, Deadlift, Shoulder Press, Squats) and then do 5x10 on some of the complementary lifts. I usually end up doing 5-6 different exercises. My maxes right now are Bench-215 Deadlift-335 Press-155 Squat-255 and I am 5'8" and weigh 155. Any help would be appreciated.

you could change up your rep scheme, do like 10,8,6,4 or something like that. also do you do every life every day? because that would not be good.

Out of the 2-1/2 years I've been lifting, I've just never done them really. That number is after only 3 weeks of doing them.

Do doggcrap training, I was plateaued 275 and it got me over 300 quick.
