Can a Karnivor Front block work on a standard A/C body?

So I have this idea to install a karnivor front block on my dye reflex autococker, the trouble is that I can't find a part to cover the old exposed ASA holes.... Anybody know of a part or have any suggestions?

set screws, the middle is already threaded and the 2 on the side u will need a 10/32 tap for it.

then go to the hardware store and buy the set screws.
