Open Bolt Autococker

Does anyone have any vids or know of someone who has tried this?

I figure you reverse the hoses to the ram, back out (or remove) the sear lug on the hammer, and use the back block to hold the hammer back with the bolt open.

You pull the trigger, air diverts to the back of the ram, closing the bolt. The back block moves forward and releases the hammer which strikes the valve.

Becomes sort of like a mechanical Ego. Or you can get rid of the pancake noid if you're running an electro.

I kinda want to try this but wanted to know if anyone else had any success/failures with it.

A better way might be to remove the hammer spring, and some how fix the hammer/cocking rod to the back block and adjust it so that when the back block is closed, the hammer is opening the valve.

Edit: Nevermind, found a bunch of YouTube vids.
