i wanna be cut

Height:5-11 ish
Weight:140 ish
age: ill be 16 in 2 months

ok so i wanna be "cut" like i was last year from wrestling. i was pretty strong and muscular ( alot more than now anyways ). i worked out for 3 months for pre-season wrestling and was very happy with the results... had a six pack and decent pecks and arms ( 7% BF). but the problem is im not wrestling this year but i still wanna get strong like i was.

what should i do ? i cant rely go to a gym or anything and dont have much equipment at home besides some dumbbells.

and would cardio (running) help? im not fat or skinny but i know having a lower body fat will help to make you look stronger.

any help would be appreciated

i think im just ganna run and do some dumbbell workouts untill december because were gettin a bowflex so thats when ill start the real workouts.

Look into more workouts just using your own body weight for that age, push ups (wide, narrow, military, triangle, incline for added resistance) sit-ups, etc. You don't need to go to the gym to stay fit you just need to do physical exercise. But don't start experimenting with supplements yet, at that age since your body isn't done growing yet. Just try and eat healthy, but if your really interested check out those forums, a lot of good info on there!
