Dustin let people play for cheap (usually just an air fee) and let people bring their own paint. Making the sport affordable could bring the scene to life again and I think the MWR program at Fairchild can afford to run their field for reasonable prices.
All this assumes that civilians are still allowed to go on base as guests or to visit MWR...
MWR fields are set guidelines, they can not adjust prices without reasonable business ventures/agreements, ft lewis has a field, and prices are set, no change, because ultimately the base gets paid per person- as long as they work out agreements for training on said base, ultimately affordability/cheapening your brand does nothing to help the sport, instead making you have a surge that dies off, find a price point that works for people, but doesn't hinder a fields goal and all things come in and factor to a win/win...
