Northwest Circuit Event #2: Battle Ground Open- Saturday, June 6th
Location: Royal Ridges- Yacolt, WA
With the shake up of the national leagues this season (no more PSP, hello NXL), we have decided to do our own shake up for this upcoming event. Since 5-man team numbers are a little down this season, we are going to just offer one 3-Man division with the winners of the event receiving 3 of the new Shockers (see picture below)*. We've been wanting to have an event for quite some time now in which guns went out as prizes, so here it is!
Come out for a good time with ol' pals on one of the Northwest's plushest venues to play at and get a chance to take home a new gun your friends are going to be jealous of!
In addition, we will be switching over to the new firing mode to mirror what the NXL is implementing: Millennium 10.5.
*18+ teams needed to guarantee all 3 guns given out for 1st place.

Event #1 Winter Open: March 8th @ Diamond Hill Paintball (Harrisburg, OR)
Event #2 Battle Ground Open: June 6th @ Royal Ridges (Yacolt, WA)
Exhibition Event: Gunnin' For Glory 3-man: July 11th @ TBA
Event #3 Tualatin Open: August 29th @ Impact Action Sports (Tualatin, OR)
Event #4 Season Finale: October 24th @ Diamond Hill Paintball (Harrisburg, OR)
Rookie Division (D4 3-Man)
: $200 if paid 30 days prior to the event; $230 if paid 14-30 days prior to the event; $260 if paid 6-14 days prior to the event. The entry fee covers up to 4 rostered players. Only one D3 player allowed on each roster (Please read the section 'Player Classification' below for further clarification.
APPA Annual Player Fee
: All players are required to pay a one-time APPA Annual fee of $30 by the event registration deadline (always 6 days before each event). If a player’s annual fee is not paid by the event registration deadline, the player will not be able to participate at the event- no exceptions. To purchase, click this link

*Important Instructions for Registering*
You must follow the link below to get your individual player APPA ID number and ID Card(there will be instructions provided on the APPA website). Please note, you do not need to pay the registration fee at the time of signing up your team for the event.

New changes to player classifications for the 2015 WCPS season:
To help continue to grow and improve northwest paintball, we will be requiring players that have placed well consistently to move up a division, regardless of your APPA points.
D5 - If you have podiumed (top 4) in 4 or more events in the last 2 years, you are now required to roster as if you are a D4 player at all WCPS events.
D4 - If you have podiumed (top 4) at 4 or more events in the last 2 years, you are now required to roster as if you are a D3 player at all WCPS events.
Future WCPS seasons - If you podium 2 times this season, you will be required to move from either D5 up to D4 for the following season, or from D4 to D3, regardless of APPA points/ranking.
This does mean that when you are putting your roster together and APPA says you can have "x" amount of players from a different division, you have to place yourself using the above ranking information.

All divisions will have 8-12 prelim games, played in a round-robin format utilizing points for flag pulls/hangs/eliminations/live players. Finals games will be played best 2 out of 3.
Check-in & General Game Day Information:
• All teams/ players and media will need to stop by the registration booth to sign the release of liability waiver before games begin or stepping on the field.
• Gates will open at 6:30 AM. (Parking and staging area are on a first-come, first served basis).
• Paint sales will begin at 7 AM at the registration booth.
• Event schedules will be announced several days before the event
. If a team does not arrive at the designated pit area for their designated game time, they will forfeit that game.
• Walking the fields will be allowed from the time the gates open and until 5 minutes before the first games start. Announcements will be made if field walking is allowed the day prior to the event.
• Concessions available at the event.
