Weighted Dips. I ****ing love chaining up some plates and going to town. Every since my 340 bench was ruined by a pec strain, dips have been getting the focus for chest day.
Deadlift would be my next favorite even though proportionally it is the weakest of the big 3 for me. I have short arms and at 5'11" it makes it a real problem lift for me. I can lift more sumo but I don't enjoy it as much.

I love walking and cycling in the summer heat. In cold weather, I worked at home, on the Wii or a training video, but I also like some outdoor things like swimming, sledding, ice skating.
lol none of that stuff is good exercise. and if you consider wii a workout i know your "cycling" doesn't count as a work out.
