What's your favorite exercise?

Title says it all. What exercise makes you feel the best? For me it's pretty much anything with my lats, specifically bent over rows or pulldowns.

I used to like lat pulldowns alot, now I feel they are too big (proportionally) so I don't do them as much.

I used to enjoy deads alot more than squats, but now that I can rep 3 plates on squat it is quickly becoming one of my favorite exercises.

Whichever I feel progress in at the time

I like standing shoulder press a lot. And squats. Followed by anything involving lats.

rows. i like tbar rows a lot too. but i love getting a bicep swell. it feels he best of all muscles i think.

my back hurts a lot mostly my lower back after playing tennis and boxing so much, so deads are my favorite exercise by far. the next day after back day i feel really good when waking up. my back feels nice and straight, strong and pain-free.

Also - totally agree about curls. biceps really feel and show the best after a good curl session.

you're probably right. i've just been doing, 135 1x10, 160 5x5, then 135 1x10 (this is not a great system. any suggestions). someone mentioned something this week about just unracking a ****ton of weight, holding it for as long as possible then reracking it. im gonna give it a try this weeked.

no wonder you're not getting a good pump. that routine is bad. go heavier.

my routine isn't good but it's been working alright.

140x10 for warmup (not really a warmup cause it's max effort but you feel me)
150xmax
160xmax

if i get 160 a decent amount of times i go up to 170 to try and get it twice or something.

my routine last friday was


135 x 8 twice

225x4
275x1
315x1
350x1 (max)
225x15
135x10


my elbow got a little jacked so my routine tuesday was

135x 10 twice
225x 6
275x 1
315x 2 then horrendous pain in my left elobw/bicep
burned out with 275 for 8 reps and couldnt take it anymore.
