you're probably right. i've just been doing, 135 1x10, 160 5x5, then 135 1x10 (this is not a great system. any suggestions). someone mentioned something this week about just unracking a ****ton of weight, holding it for as long as possible then reracking it. im gonna give it a try this weeked.
