I have done everything to try to get this gun to work. I followed this thread and i tried using marmalade, hater sauce, dow33, and gun sav and nothing has worked. When I turn the regulator all the way in the bolt starts to move a tiny bit but once I start to increase pressure the bolt never moves again. All I get is a puffs of air. This is really frustrating.

forgiven, have you tried replacing the very last o-ring in the chamber? also wipe all of the factory lube in the groove.

Alright heres a challenge for you guys. i won a G4 in a tourney last sunday and i have been excited to shoot it all week. i toook it to the field today and i shot paint through it and boy was it a dream. it shot ropes. so i set it to NXL mode to just relax and see consistancy with the shots and once i took it off of NXL mode and put it on PSP i could literally roll the trigger for bout 2 seconds and then let go and it would keep going. i switched it to semi and the problem still happen. the only way i could get it to stop was by holding the trigger in the forward position. overall the gun is still very new. only put 1 case through it (at this point that is). any ideas on whats up with my G4?

Have you tried replacing the internal orings? some people have to change out the rear most oring along with lubing the bolt and noid to get their marker to function out of the box. (the oring issue is supposed to have been fixed but the first release guns might have the oring issue. )

ah so i had the same problem with my G4, but i finally found some lube that works for it.. Just lube the bolt with some hater sauce and a little of gold cup oil and it should work.. My G4 would bolt stick like a mother, but with the hater sauce n oil worked everytime.

Just a heads up to anyone else still having problems.... There are 3 orings in the breech. The 2 orings closest to the bolt also can be a problem. These oring become swollen and cause the bolt to stick. Also most like the clear orings inside the beercan in a dm over time they harden and swell. All is needed to do is replace these and they should slove any extra problems you had.

It mentions non-swelling lube. How do I tell if the lube I have swells or not? It's Trinity DOW 33. Also, someone said that the newer runs of G4's mostly have these problems fixed. Should I still go through these steps when I get mine in a week?

well you can always try the gun and if it works, then it works.
i would do it just to make sure im getting the best performance out of my gun.. but its not needed. I could do it in 15min because ive done it plenty of times before.
dow33 does not swell. Dow55 does
i like lurker lube and monkey poo the best

shouldnt have to do them all that often.. just out of the box
BUT the bolt needs lubing the night before you play or in the morning.. as long as its before you play. Also, some people need to relube after about 4 hours of play. this is just for the bolt
the noid and reg dont need to be relubed that often, just out of the box cuz the stock lube might have dried up.
