I'm personally not against crossfit, I've worked a couple exercises into my routine. I'm a fan of The Bear personally actually. I think more is the fact that you are spewing retarded bull**** and look like an idiot is why everyone is ****ing with you.

What do you have that so great about crossfit?
We know what we are doing is proven to be effective.. We know what we are trying to achieve.. You don't seem to understand why your way of life is better then ours, you simply blindly believe it. Make an actually argument for your side, or continue to be a troll. What do you have against methods that are proven to work, because its to hard? Why do you simply attempt to redefine what fitness is, as appose to working harder to achieve the standard and long held perception of fitness? Because some self proclaimed "guru" wrote a book and told you its better for you? Give me a break dude. We have our goals, and you have your goals, why do you attempt to tell us our way is life is wrong, simply because its different? Maybe you should stop being a closed minded ill-informed child, and actually take some time to learn something for yourself.

Your first question makes no sense so I will let you rephrase that before I attempt to comprehend it. Your thoughts on goals are correct. My goals are to be fit, athletic, healthy. Not to be a bulky, overweight, slow "unathletic" he man. I'm not promoting Crossfit in particular I guess, just that there are better ways than the "conventional, effective" methods you speak of, to achieve the goals that I am aiming for. If you want big, water-filled, soft muscles and no athletic, endurance, or aerobic ability to speak of, thats your call. I want to look and actually be fit. I used to be like you, until I did more and more research, and I finally learned something for myself. That is all.
