Perfect Push-up
Anyone recommend getting a set?
I've heard good things, but why is it that great?

No, don't get them. Just do pushups or variations of them... no need for gimmicky late night tv toys.

LMAO my cousin has one of those. he showed me the DVD, well you don't even need to watch the dvd to see what a giant fat **** the "navy seal" is that "developed" it.
Plus that **** hurts my wrists..bad.

I've got a pair that was given to me when I bought a weight bench. They haven't been touched in months.
It's a gimmick. I just use a couple dumbbells to keep my hands off the ground a bit. If anything the only benefit they have is that you can dip a little lower.
