Using "Who's who" to illustrate the hisory of the team
Hey all…
I am going to apologize in advance for the generic nature of this post, as it is going in all of the pro team forums. Please don report these posts as spam. I got the OK to do this from John.
http://www.pbnation.com/showthread.php?t=3455932
Almost every pro paintball team with a dedicated forum here on PBN has a history that dates back further than the 2010 season. However, the “Who’s who” section, if properly updated shows only the current 2010 roster.
It is my humble goal to get these sections updated with the rosters of every year the team was professionally active.
Thanks in advance for the help. We need to find ways to keep our sport’s history intact. I would like to think this will help.

MY best Crack, I know for a FACT i am going to misspell some names, i can't remember full rosters from every year and i know from 05/07/08 there were certin players for xball only but here is my best shot from memory and i will redo the best later after research wicked game
2005 was a long time ago and at the time i knew the roster, but i can imagine all the players but i am starting to forget their names-
Dave Baines, Glenn Takeomoto, Brandon Mayo, Josh Sells, Jason Barret...
2006 the "KAPP" team disbanded for greener pastures with a few exceptions, they picked up farside to fill the roster-
Brandon Mayo, Jason Barret (only two to stay from 05), Sosine Brothers, Andy Hoorath, Tommy O donnel, Andy Hovrath. Later in the season they picked up vetrans like Danny tiljack and Carl Markowski. I know more just can't recall a few players posted in the forums alot.
2007 they went back to xball aswell in the open division, Voltage was absorbed and made most of the squad, alot of those players that were originally rostered for xball eventually crossed over to 7 man aswell as farside got a pro spot and took back alot of their players-
Brandon Mayo, Carl Markowski, DAnny tiljack, ian Martian, Sosine brothers, Frank connell, Drew Templeton, Roger Henn.
2008 was the same roster for the better oart, but after the first two events they dropped xball and focused only on 7 man for the next few years.
09 they bought a franchise in the new USPL pro league and picked up a few killers-
Frank Connell, Danny Tiljack, Billy bernacchia, Thomas Mantoni, Roger Henn, Drew templeton, Ian martian and Mayo Played a event or two throughout the season
So far these season the roster has been seeing a number of changes from what i have observed. its Frank Connell, Drew Templeton, Ian Martian, Bernachia, Alien boy from hurricanes (i can't begin to spell his actual last name), I think it was Thomas MAntoni also playing but i am not sure, and a all american but i once again can't put my finger on his name.
Ill go back over and make sure i am right when i have time.

Avalanche is going to be an entertaining one, since the team dates back to 1999 or further.

Avalanche has so much behind them, I hate to see all the changes.. Whatever happened to the sticking together like a real team should? Regain their chemistry. It would offer so much more that way. NB4lyf.

Sosine brothers were part of Voltage and we all joined Avalanche in 2007 to make up the Avalanche X X-Ball team and later the semi-pro seven man team. Players were mixed and matched throughout the semi-pro team and the pro team for seven man throughout 2007.
In 2008 the team joined the NXL and dropped out after PSP Chicago. At that time, the only players that remained from the Voltage team were myself, Ian Martin and Jake Whittaker. Carl Markowski also went to Infamous at this time and Danny Tiljak went as well, but for X-Ball only.
The rosters can all be found on APPA for the most part.

That's the bulk of where I've been drawing rosters from. Even those tend to be a couple hours per team on the longer-running guys. It's an interesting project, that's for sure! The catch comes with NPPL teams, and rosters prior to 2003. Some of those are going to be a whole lot harder.

Yeah the 2003 Avalanche team is a mystery to me. I remember some of the guys but not many.

If anyone recalls- which year (2001-2003), who, and which event was it where one of the Avalanche players was out hiding in the woods, dressed in camo and shooting players off during Avalanche matches?

Jeremy Salm, World cup 2002. Specifically, during the match against Ground Zero if I'm not mistaken.
