It's being designed similarly to the Evil-M project where it is a blank slate for people to work with as they please. Also to have as much machinable without CNC as possible.

Blank slate so things like this can be cut from it.

Looks nice. The milling option on the right gets my pick for sure.

Sounds like a cool project.

Just a teaser, a little something I have been working on. Don't judge the body, it is still a work in progress, but the gripframe is down to a last few bits.

Figured I would drop it in here for fun. The foregrip and grip are separate, though I am tempted to make it a single piece.

Enjoy!

Josh, I read through your patent and it's pretty interesting. Congrats first off, it's pretty cool to own one. Working on one of my own, non-pb though.

The way I see it, it is a stacked tube marker with a spool valve style dump chamber in the loser tube. Because it is popit-less, you have a gear driving the bolt and valve in opposite directions. Sounds pretty complex, but probably pretty quiet. Because the moving parts are going in opposite directions, you probably have a fair amount of reduction in recip. mass. Very clever.

Close!

The gear was just a throw in on the Patent to cover the various ways of running a stack tube design. My patent covers all Stacked Tube designs where the spool carries a bolt. Whither by bolt pin, gear, lever, or anything similar. If the spool moves the bolt, the patent covers it.

What is in this one is far simpler. Think, well, NT meets Evil M?

That would be closer.

It's an impulse bolt, of corse it's retarded. That is why so many companies made upgrade bolts for it.

Ydna - email is out from my hotmail addy.

betasniper: Yep. The lost bastard cousin. The 'Husher' and the 'Torque' are basically the same idea. I have a few layouts that are like that. The current one though has some seriously different action to the way it fires. Unlike much anything else so far.

A getting close to being done the design phase of one of my projects. It is a stacked tube, brass, closed bolt, pneumatic trigger gun. The feedneck is dovetailed to accept different types of feeds. It shares a frame with the open source gun we are doing on MCB, no reason not to recycle parts

Version with brass barrel:

Cocker barrel threaded version:

Both of them:

My version of an MiniCocker.

Even with a solid aluminum grip, this model weighs in around 1.3lbs. I think I can make the whole marker under that.

Nice 'Cocker. I never understood why guys use sleds instead of just machining a bolt that accepts a linkage.

Thanks.

Less stock removal, easier to turn then drill, less waste, use old bolt to become new bolt, just because. Pick one

in my experience it makes it easier for field stripping and bolt removal but I could be totally missing something..

Yeah, That too. I didn't think of that. I hardly think practically though.

PROGRESS!

Please Ignore the horrible Dovetail ASA. I don't know how to draw that as well as the other parts.

No, I thought of that but I still don't see why you couldn't put a 90* bend in the cocking rod and retain/release a bolt by rotating the cocking rod.
