this. i started eating more and just did body weight exercises (i'm cheap) from late fall to late spring. best i've felt in my life. won't get you huge though, obviously.
also stopped for a while, only worked out like 4 times in the past 3 months. started working every day and had to wake up really early. just didn't have much energy for anything else.
